Leco Digital ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you visit lecodigital.com or use our services, including the Shopify app Leco AI Search Booster Pro.
1. Information we collect
Website visitors: anonymized analytics (page views, referrer, country) — no PII.
Contact form: name, email, and message you submit voluntarily.
Shopify app users: see the dedicated section below.
2. Leco AI Search Booster Pro — Shopify App
When merchants install our Shopify app, we store:
- Shop domain, name, email, country, currency
- Product titles, descriptions, tags, images, variants
- AI-attributed order data: order ID, total, referrer, creation date
We never read customer PII from orders — no names, emails, addresses, phones, or payment data.
2a. Slim Bot — Google Health data
Slim Bot reads activity, sleep and health metrics (steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes, sleep stages, workouts, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood-oxygen and respiratory rate) from the Google Health API with read-only scopes after the user signs in with Google. The data is stored only in the bot's own database to render the user's daily and weekly summaries, is never sold or shared, is not used to train models, and is deleted on request or when the user disconnects the integration. Google Health data is used solely to provide the user-facing features described on the Slim Bot page and for no other purpose. Slim Bot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Health data is never transferred to humans (except with the user's explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law), never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
3. How we use data
- Calculate AI Visibility Scores
- Generate AI-optimized content (descriptions, schema, FAQ, alt text)
- Show merchants which AI assistants drive traffic
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell or share data with third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Third-party services
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI content generation. Anthropic does not retain or train on API data under our commercial agreement.
- Shopify Admin API — product and order data access.
- Hosting — secure VPS in EU, data encrypted at rest.
5. Data retention & deletion
Shopify app data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall via app/uninstalled and shop/redact webhooks.
Contact form submissions are retained until your inquiry is resolved.
6. GDPR / CCPA
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email dashkov.inc@gmail.com.
7. Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted filesystem at rest, access tokens encrypted, backups encrypted AES-256, 30-day retention, SSH key + IP allowlist for production access.
